Working Minds Training

Working Minds Training

The great majority of people dying of suicide are men of working age but the majority of programs target youth.  Working Minds is focused on an older group currently underserved- adults in the workplace.  The Working Minds Program is the only national suicide prevention program in the United States that is exclusively dedicated to workplace suicide prevention.

Goals of Training:

  • To educate and create awareness of suicide prevention
  • To create a forum for dialogue and critical thinking about workplace mental health challenges
  • To promote help-seeking and help-giving in the workplace

With training, employees at all levels of an organization can learn to detect the signs of suicide and will have an appropriate plan on action in place.
