VitalCog: Suicide Prevention in the Workplace
QPR Institute
QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) is a 60–90 minute training that teaches anyone to recognize suicide warning signs and guide someone to help—much like CPR saves lives in emergencies.
Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid is a 6–8 hour training that certifies you to recognize and respond to mental health and substance use challenges, offering initial support until professional help is available.
Talk Saves Lives
A community presentation on the scope of suicide, who it affects, prevention research, and how everyone can help save lives.
Living Works ASIST
ASIST is a 2-day interactive training that equips caregivers and parents to recognize suicide risk and intervene. It’s the most widely used and researched suicide intervention program, led by certified LivingWorks trainers.
Creating Safety
Creating Safety is a 3–4 hour, evidence-based training that teaches how to recognize suicide risk, build collaborative safety plans, reduce access to lethal means, and promote long-term wellness through a strengths-based approach.
