Introduction to Supporting Those At Risk
When someone in your life attempts suicide or experiences suicidal thoughts, it can be difficult to know how to best support them in their recovery. Introduction to Supporting Those at Risk provides information and resources on how to support someone in your life with “lived experience,” i.e., someone who has made a suicide attempt, or experiences suicidal thoughts.
Suggested Participants: family members, close friends, and others concerned about someone who has attempted suicide or experiences suicidal thoughts. This program is not a support group, therapy or clinical services. Must be 18 years or older to attend.
