Tai Chi and Qigong for Grievers
Please join Caring Connections and Alicia Bremer-Wharton for a series of gentle mind-body, moving meditation sessions using Tai Chi Easy, Healer Within Qigong and Five Element Qigong. These Tai Chi and Qigong methods were developed by Dr. ROger Janke, O.M.D., and Lee Holden, Qigong Master, respectively, drawing on each practices’ simple, gentle movements. Combined with focused breathing, they can reap numerous health benefits for calming nervous system, ease tension, and creating a sense of well-being.

• The class is designed for standing and seated participants.
