Yoga for Grievers
When healing from grief and learning to find a new normal, it’s important for grievers to engage their bodies and their minds in the process. In doing so, they can access our own innate resources for resilience and growth. Join Caring Connections for Yoga Grievers, taught by certified Yoga Therapist Sara Elizabeth Garza- Levitt. This practice is accessible and can benefit people of all ages, sizes, shapes and abilities.
No experience, special equipment or clothing required. Standing and seated practice options offered. These classes are free and open to all current and past Caring Connections participants and families.
